After 12 years of photographing in and around Lodi, I’ve found some standout spots that work beautifully for families, seniors, couples, branding, and weddings alike.
Whether you want something dreamy and romantic, fun and funky, or calm and natural—Lodi has it all. Below are a few of my favorite spots to shoot, and why I love them.
🌿 My Go-To Photography Locations in Lodi
1. Lodi Lake
Golden hour here is magic. Great for families, Seniors, and couples who love nature. Trails, tall grasses, water reflections—it’s effortless and beautiful.
2. Downtown Lodi (Murals, Alleys & Architecture)
Perfect for high school Seniors and branding sessions. The murals pop with color, the alleys bring grit and edge, and the lighting is surprisingly flattering.
3. Wine & Roses
Classic, elegant, and romantic. Ideal for engagement sessions or wedding day portraits. The lush gardens and refined backdrops bring major “storybook” energy.
4. Heritage Oak Winery
A total favorite for weddings and springtime sessions. Vineyards, gorgeous light, and peaceful vibes. Bonus: they’re photo-friendly with permission.
5. Local Orchards (when in bloom!)
If you’ve never had a photo in the middle of a blooming almond or cherry orchard… let’s change that. The soft whites and pinks are timeless.
